Whether you have just started to catch waves for the first time or hoping to progress your manoeuvres, a video analysis is a great way for all surfers to speed up progression.

The first and easiest way for most people is to upload them onto a google drive and allow me access to it. I will then complete Analysis and create a folder for you with the video analysis and progression plan.

There are other options available that are easy and i am here to help with the process if there are any road blocks.

After you purchase the analysis, i will then request videos from you which you upload. Within 5 business days i will email you a link with access to your analysis and progresson plan.

Ideally you have 3-5 waves of you surfing filmed from in front in reasonable quality. it could be filmed with an Iphone (as long as your surfing close to shore), using the FlowState video purchased from a session at a wave pool or footage from drone or a recent trip away.

I can make do with just about any footage however the better the quality filming, the better i can analyse.

A 10-20 min video of your waves (not all but the ones i find most important) with a voice over, diagrams, played in real time + slow motion, sometimes side by side with elite surfer. Youll also receive the Progression plan to keep knowledge fresh in your mind.

Because in the video analysis i go deep into the technique issues and solutions, its hard to remember it all. The progression plan has been a game-changer for students as they can keep it on their phone and refresh their memory before surf sessions. This has lead to accelerated progression.
